1) Scope
This Policy applies to our public websites, marketing, support, and account administration. It does not apply to Customer Data processed under a contract where we act as a processor/service provider—see the Insurance Privacy Notice and the DPA.

Sensitive Data
We do not seek sensitive data on our public site. Do not submit government IDs, precise geolocation, or health/biometric data via public forms.
3) Sources
We collect information directly from you, automatically from your device, from your organization (if you use a work email), and from service providers/partners (e.g., analytics, CRM, and lead gen tools) consistent with law and your choices.

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by U.S. state privacy laws. We honor applicable Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where required.

8) Data Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data, including encryption in transit/at rest, access controls, logging/monitoring, and vulnerability management. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
9) Retention
We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When no longer needed, we delete or de-identify data consistent with our retention policies.
10) International Transfers
We may transfer data internationally. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as the EU/UK Standard Contractual Clauses or other mechanisms permitted by law.
11) Children
Our public sites and marketing are not directed to children under 16. Do not submit children’s data to us via public forms.
12) Links & Third Parties
Our sites may link to third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. Please review them carefully.

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will change the “Last updated” date at the top and, where required, provide additional notice.
